Is the domain registration data (contacts) public?
Since the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in May 2018, most domains registered in the European Union no longer display personal information in Whois queries, or only reveal minimal data (such as the name of the owning company in the case of corporate ownership).
For territorial domains (ccTLDs), the data displayed in the Whois will depend on the regulations of each territory or country. For example, in the case of .ES domains, the name of the registrant, administrative, technical and billing contact is shown, even if the registrant is an individual.
