In case of a mail failure what should I do?
You can carry out various tests to solve it:
- Check that you have configured all the parameters of the account correctly.
- Verify that your internet connection is working correctly. Try to navigate different websites.
- Check the functioning of your mail account by accessing it via web.
If the mail functions correctly from Webmail, make sure the parameters of the account in the mail manager are correct.
- Check that you haven’t installed any protection software (Firewall/antivirus) which might be blocking access. If so, deactivate it and try again.
If the problem persists, send us a ticket from your Client Area, indicating the account that is failing and the error indicated by the mail manager so that we can check what the problem is.
